An opportunity currently exists to join this key player in the healthcare market working as a product support engineer. You will provide remote support to a wide range of clients in the healthcare industry. This is a frontline service were you will provide software application & systems support for PACS & RIS products via telephone, email or the web. You will be responsible for routing and tracking customer incidents to agreed SLA's, communicate status of critical defects to clients, use remote diagnostic and system performance monitoring tools to provide proactive problem avoidance and notification of technical problems. You must have at least 2 years experience in an application support environment using SQL Server and MS Office with an understanding of networking (MCP, MCSE,CCNA,Aplus,Nplus) and web server systems (Apache). Knowledge of PACS/RIS systems is highly desirable.
