NPfIT have given permission for the PACS & Teleradiology group to include these controlled documents in the document library.
We have been asked to note that:
1. These documents are intended to support prospective sites and obviously cover a range of information.
2. The lessons learnt document is based on information on some implementations and change management to date. This document will be updated on regular intervals and take into account specific lessons that arise from NPfIT implementations.
3. If people have questions, or require clarification they should contact their NPfIT cluster PACS facilitator.
