Philips Intera 1.5 Software version 12 exports all annotations as very large text to Centricity RA600 PACS, such that the text ( eg "L3/4") fills 20 % of image - each text character is size of a vertebral body when viewed on Centricity PACS, obscuring the images(but appears on printed film in normal 10 or 12 font). Notably Siemens & GE MRIs export converted text in normal font sizes to Centricity, suggesting problem lies on Philips side. Philips South Africa has no solution after 3 months. Anyone with similar experience and hopefully solution to problem ?
Many thanks, Andrew Wedderburn-Maxwell,Durban,South Africa.

We have the same problem with our Philips Intera MRI and Agfa Impax PACS, but I haven't investigated it.

We have the problem of exported text from a Siemens CT looking garbled when viewed on Centricity PACS - it is being investigated at present.
