A $14 billion multinational organisation is looking for a Support Engineer to resolve PACS issues for both customers and field operations.
The analyst will act as a service focal point and liase between field operations and business teams. In addition to providing feedback on product quality, reliability and costs, you will define resolution action plans to improve service productivity and customer satisfaction.
You will have 3+ years experience of supporting Sybase within a Unix environment and be well versed in SQL. Experience of PACS, RIS, HL7, and/or DICOM would be a distinct advantage.
