From NHS Jobs: An opportunity has arisen as a [Radiology] Programme Management Lead at Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
You will lead, plan, manage, identify components and delivery of the KMMIC IT/RIS/PACS programme in collaboration with local Radiology Service Leads, PACS Managers and third party suppliers. This will include highly complex sub project deliverables, issues, workstreams and associated milestones to be delivered in accordance to the PRINCE2 methodology.
You will also lead on providing support in the development of the present and future IT systems, solutions and procurements in KMMIC. Lead on monitoring, developing and supporting the Radiological IT Systems in order to maintain a cohesive PACS & RIS service across the KMMIC domain.
Such systems will include; XDSi solution, GP results out, Master File creation and maintenance, pan county system configuration. Lead on maintaining and updating all centralised documentation and associated processes. Lead on maintaining and fostering relationships with external bodies that support KMMIC such the KMHIS, and Application Specialists from PACS/RIS, modality suppliers and Service Managers, whilst maintaining communication with KMMIC Radiology Managers and RIS/PACS teams to ensure timely resolution of service related problems and requests within KMMIC.
You will also deputise for the chair of the consortium as required.
